Your appointments are very important to the members of the “Group” at PROPAGANDA HAIR GROUP. Your appointment is reserved especially for you.

CANCELLATIONS and RESCHEDULING

We understand that scheduling adjustments are sometimes necessary; however, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests. Any appointment cancelled or rescheduled without 24 hours notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount, to be paid at your next salon visit. Our policy reserves the right to require a major credit card, debit card or gift card for scheduling of all appointments.

In the event PROPAGANDA HAIR GROUP calls to cancel or reschedule your appointment without a 24 hour notice, we hold ourselves accountable as well. You the client will receive 50% off of the value of your booked services at your next scheduled salon visit.

“NO-SHOWS”

Non-cancellations or “NO-SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the original service booked to be paid at your next scheduled visit. In the event you miss three consecutive appointments without contacting the salon, you will be unable to schedule future appointments. However, you may be considered as a walk-in.

CONFIRMATION CALLS

As a courtesy, we make every effort to notify you of your appointment date and time. We will call to confirm your service one to two days prior to your appointment and you will receive an email confirmation if we have your email on file. We confirm 24 to 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. However, it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times and inform us if your contact information has changed.
